Microaggressions in Everyday Life

Microagressions are a fascinating discovery in that I was impressed and pleased at her discovery of them and of calling them out. Microagressions are society's way of herding us into the flock, a small nip at a heel there, a bark over there....it's scary facing those "well intentioned" self-appointed sheepdogs and saying 'back off, buddy. I'm fine where I am, thank you." And it is so much better than when I was younger. And we have SO far to go yet. I loved the 10 things. Thank you for sharing that. It's a great list and a nice reminder to everyone that, yes, reality is over here and there are brave people taking notes on calling on all of us to step up our game and be more inclusive, compassionate and most importantly, aware.
