Right now we can afford up to 1400 a month but I'm looking for part-time work to extend that range a little.
What we are hoping for, in a nutshell: 2 or 3 bedrooms (one w Eastern or Southern exposure), at least 1.5 bathrooms, plus play space for Rosie, computer/den space, space for bookshelves, a good sized kitchen for cooking, dining rm space, (can be combined in great rm) a front hall closet, a back yard w deck or patio, preferably fenced in (to keep Rosie in, not for privacy). Would like a pantry and a linen closet, can make do w basement storage. Need parking for two cars and 3 bikes.
Preferably within a 15 min drive of the U of M medical complex, where Brian will work, in a family neighborhood w established trees, with a park and play structure within walking or short driving distance.
