Hello new peoples!
One of the neat side effects of the OSBP debate is I've met and friended new LJ-ers and a bunch of people have friended me, but I'm swamped with email and stuff at this juncture (it's spring, I've got plants to plant and a bonfire to dance around. You know how it is) and I haven't had a chance to look around yet to see who everyone is, so I don't feel like I've met everyone yet!

Please consider this an invitation to introduce yourself.

Me, too. Except this year I'm at the other end of the procession and won't get to the Fire until the end of the night....

I'd already friended you, but thought you might get a chuckle out of the fact that in order to cut off trouble before it starts one of the announcements at DemiCon's opening ceremonies will be "There will be NO Open Source Boob Project at this convention! If someone feels you up or asks to do same, it is a grope ore request not specifically sanctioned by the convention. Feel free to respond as you see fit."

The open source software world is happy to distance itself from this use of the term 'open source'. Have a nice day :-)

Yes...it's not about making an extended/updated copy of boobs, as long as we include the information to recreate those boobs (with extensions) to anyone we give copies of the boobs to.

It's more like BOOBIE At Home, where you run someone else's boobs on your hands to help then accomplish their goals faster? OK, maybe not.

Hi, I'm Gabe. You joined in the discussion on my journal about starting a conversation about the positives of the OSBP and ways to implement those. I think eleri pointed you my way?

Those discussions gave rise to recreatetouch. Please do join if you're still interested.

Hi there :)
We met briefly at the Subterranean Press breakfast -- I was sitting next to Vernor Vinge (almost spilling my coffee on him), and across from you.
It was very nice to meet you!
