mmm... yum

Just ate the tail end of leftovers from last night - I made pork chops stuffed with a mixture of red onions, green apple, celery, and chopped walnuts that I'd sauteed in butter before spooning it into and on top of the pork chops (that had also been browned in butter on both sides) and throwing the whole lot into the oven to roast for half an hour.

Very tasty.
