I agree about the one that sounds like "netmoose". I voted for #1 since to me that was the only one that truly sounded like netmouse. Or we could all petition Michigan to allow for more letters. :-)

I can't imagine that they'd actually create it. Any other vanity plate style, maybe. But I hope someone would catch it and say, "No. No WAY am I going to let that cross my desk. It stops here."

I've been considering DEV HYB for my car, sadly you can't get "/"s in MI or else it'd be /DEV/HYB (much better!).
