The awkward part of the time change
When you wake up at 5:15 because it used to be 6:15 and you usually get up around 6 and you actually got to sleep at a decent time last night and you're not sure if you can get back to sleep for another hour or not even though you want to.

Anyone with me on this one?

I am with you, except for me it's been that I usually wake up at 5:30 and try desperately for more sleep against hunger and neuropathy, and when that's 4:30, life is kind of complicated this week.

I have never been able to wake up without an alarm unless I'm waking up after 9am. The time change doesn't mean anything to me because I'm not going to wake up at 7:15 or 8:15 without an alarm.

(I go to bed at 11. Getting up at 7 or 7:30 should be plenty of sleep for me, but I still need an alarm or I'll sleep well into the morning)

I got days of hearing about people's time change induced jetlag. I can sympathize to a degree. Very annoying. It should be done away with.

That only happens to you on time-change? I get that like twice a week ... :/
